tendina anteprima font in Illustrator

Buona sera, ho un problema con una delle versioni di illustrator installata su di un pc con piattaforma windows 10, non si apre più la tendina dell'anteprima dei font, mentre con i comandi di tastiera dentro il riquadro scorrono per cambiare, ho già disinstallato e reistallato il tutto ma niente. se qualcuno ha delle info in merito lo ringrazio. ALLEGO DUE IMMAGINI LA N°1 ha il problema la seconda è come dovrebbe funzionare.

Which version of Illustrator CC are you using?

Also, please try resetting the preferences of Illustrator How to set preferences in Illustrator and update application and check if that helps.

You may also follow the steps below to reset the preferences:

For MAC

Close all Adobe applications.
~/Library/Caches
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
~/Library/Preferences
Delete or rename Adobe Illustrator, com.adobe.illustrator and Adobe Illustrator 22 Settings folders.
Launch Illustrator from the creative cloud.

For Windows
Close all Adobe applications.
Go to Locations C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe and.
Delete or rename Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Illustrator 22 Settings folders.
Launch Illustrator from the creative cloud.

Hello Thanks for the answer, I'm using illustrator cs6 on three different computers, a mac and two with flat windows 10, only those with windows give me the same problem, I tried anceh to re-install everything but nothing to do, I do not understand what can esere. on the mac everything works correctly.
jump from one PC to another to be able to finish the work in the meantime I'm waiting for the company to upgrade me with new platforms, I hope.
If you have other solutions, I'm waiting for you
