The most simple way to create a Logo

Question

Hi,I have given myself a task of creating my own logo for my new small business. Any suggestions where to start from? I am trying to learn on here but hell its a challenge! I looked at Creative Couture's work and I want to use some of her 'stuff' on my logo! All help is welcome lol!I would really appreciate it !

Are you asking how to design or how to use Illustrator's tools to achieve a vision you have for your logo? If you're looking for tips on how to design then the truth is that there is really no shortcut for learning how to be a good graphic designer. Design is a skill which people study and work at usually from an early age and it also requires some natural talent. The computer in general and Illustrator specifically are really no more than tools which designers use in the same way that pencils, brushes and markers were used in the days before computers. If you're asking people here to look at a concept and give their opinion about it then I'm sure that people on the forum could be helpful. If you want someone here to tell you how to design it then that is something else. If you have technical questions about achieving a particular effect using Illustrator then this is the right place.
