the pattern create does not save

My problem is that I have created a pattern, but it is not saved, I only see it when I create it in the nuancier, but when I see other documents I no longer see the pattern nose that happens, help me thanks! I have the Illustrator CC 2019 version

Patterns will always be only saved into the document they have been created in.

If you want to use them in other files you can for example save them into a swatches library.
