Trouble downloading free templates

hi everyone.

is anybody having a issue not being able to download the free templates from illustrator?

i am able to see a preview of any template.once i click download a pop up window displaying a turing circle shows up and never downloads.

i am totally new to adobe products and would like to use the templates as guides as i continue to learn.

any help will be greatly appreciated

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of the OS & Illustrator?

    Does it happen with every template you try to download or a specific one?

    You may try resetting the Illustrator preferences once and see if it helps.

    **Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.

    hi ashutosh, thanks for reaching out.

    i tried resetting illustrator preferences and still no luck the problem continues.

    the issue is present with every template in all categories.

    i am running OS version 10.13.6  and illustrator 24.2.3.

    could there be another way to download the free templates?
