Warp text around circle

I am brand new to Illustrator, and trying to modify an existing file. How can i warp text around a circle like the names at the bottom,Everything i try just doesn't look good, nothing is uniform around the circle, I want "Happy campers" to look like the text at the bottom of the circle

    Like i said in my original post i am new to Illustrator, I installed my first copy a last night so i have no clue what you are telling me

    its not that simple, The phrase "happy campers" is text on a path but i cant figure out how to achieve that taper like the names at the bottom of the circle

    LOL not that easy, - after converting to outlines and making the art brush im stuck at the point still cant figure out how to get the look i want. Maybe someone with more teaching experience can chime in
