Will this Lenovo laptop run Illustrator?

Hello everyone. Life has been kicking my ass like everyone else in the world. I found out I have cancer and need to work from home but my company cannot afford to get me a laptop as I use a desktop at work. I'm trying to find a really cheap laptop that can just run some light illustrator. Will the specs on the attached work? Thank you so much!
