I have 90 folders and soon to be more, all containing individual InDesign files.

I need to make the 90 PDFs for all these files - anyone know of a script that will target a folder and subfolder and output PDFs of the found InDesign files

Or any other way?

It sounds like Peter Kahrel's batch export script should work for you.
