Add on for style management

Is there an add-on that will help me handle styles better? Like highlighting all text with a certain style. Jumping from text w/certain style to next instance of text with that style etc. etc. I know how to do this manually but i would like to automate it.

Can you explain more what you need for style management? 

Is it more than identifying the style usage in the text?

I have a lot of files that i imported from Word. My planning in this whole project has been very pure. I have alot of par styles and char stles in word that get imported snf i want to organize everything so i want to be able to inspect every instance of evey style to see that it conforms or not to my new roadmap. My vision is a little bad so by just looking at the text I am certainly going to miss a lot.

Any quick solutions if no add on?
