I am a beginner to adobeindesign and have added my design on a A2 sheet, however the printer marks on the left side is too far out. I can enlarge or reduce the size of the my designs as they need to be a certian size for my project. I wanted to know how i can fix the printer bleed marks on the right?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

The problem is that the sheet is A2 but your layout is not. Verify that your InDesign document is actually A2 in size (it seems that it is, but check), then adjust your design so that it fits that page with a 3mm bleed. Ctrl/Cmd-0 in InDesign will show the entire page in the InDesign window, which will make it easier to check as you work.

Can you show us a screen capture of the page in InDesign? It looks like you have a lot of blank, unused, area on your page.
If that's really the case, the marks are where they belong and if you want to elininate the white gap you would need to adjust the size in Document Setup to make your page narrower.
