Adobe Acrobat Pro. Je fais un PDF a partir de inDesign et ça ne fonctionne plus.

J'ai un message "Erreur 1" et contacter notre support technique. J'ai essayé de refaire l'installation à partir du CD et l'installation ne se fait pas.

Comment puis-je corriger ce problème?

where exactly do you get the error?

InDesign when exporting a PDF?

In Acrobat Pro when you open the PDF from InDesign?

What's your version of InDesign and what's your operating system?

Hi

The error is when I open the PDF.

My system is Apple

Operating with Sierra and Acrobat Pro V. 10

All update have been done.

Hi Yvonne,

can you still open the PDF n Acrobat Pro that is showing the error?
If yes you could do a preflight in Acrobat to get more information what's missing.

For now that's all I can offer unless you post a link to the PDF or to the packaged InDesign document.

To provide some files upload them in a zip container to your Dropbox accound or a similar service and post the link.

Or send me a personal message if the documents contain confidential information you do not want to share to the community.

Bonjour

Si j’expédie un PDF, l’autre personne peut l’ouvrir mais pas moi.

Je suis sur Mac système Sierra et j’utilise Acrobat Pro V. 10

Depuis plusieurs années.

Toutes mes mises à jour sont faites

J’ai essayé de refaire l’installation à partir des disques. L’installation ne se fait pas.

Tu veux dire que tu n'arrives  plus à ouvrir aucun PDF ? C'est ça ?

En ce qui concerne tes réponses, peux-tu faire en sorte de paramétrer ta messagerie pour ne pas citer les réponses précédentesn c'est un peu difficile à lire. D'autre part, il y a un expert Acrobat sur le forum francophone : Forums en français
