Adobe Indesign CC version is shutting down without any messages

I bought the CC version business plan before 1 month, and It's keep shutting down.

I'm using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign. but only have problem with Indesign.

It's very annoying cuz after 10 seconds of starting Indesign, It just turn down. without any notice or error message.

Does Adobe program can be affected from antivirus programs or can make some trouble with other programs?

I'm really disappointed for this after buying it, hope I can get solution for this.

Turn off the internet and launch the application. It will work fine.

Hello, Shawn and Prateek.

First of all, thank you for the reply.

Unfortunately, InDesign is still not working. The program still freezes.

I am trying to figure out the cause, since it just freezes and doesn’t provide me any error code, it is a bit difficult for me to detect the reason.

I googled and checked the forums, but still there is no specific posts that guides me how to make the program work.


So please provide me any information for this issue. That would be very helpful.

If you need any other information to find out the solution, please inform me how I can get the information from my PC.
