Can you confirm the exact version of your software and operating system?

Newer version are very demanding on the video card and memory. Also on a Mac OS, I found that purging the VRAM and other maintenance actions help a lot.

Is it a new issue that appeared since you updated, upgraded or install something on your computer?

Hi, Eric! Great to answer to my call. The problem its not with me, but with two friends I work (C.M.Cascais). I believe the problem it's operating system, we are working today - Windows 11 Enterprise/23H2/13-‎09-‎2023/22631.3155/Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22684.1000.0 - For now we are waiting for teh maintainance of the computers, I hope soon have news.
