To start, have you installed the English/Euro version or a Middle East (Hebrew, Arabic) version? 

Go to your Creative Cloud app > Preferences > Apps and tell us the Default install language, please.

Glad to hear it. It's easy to miss that setting as I think it gets set up by default initially.
