Avoiding orphans specifically

I have used a GREP command to avoid widows. This was quite simple to do, with the commands shown in this video:

This lets me specify how long a line must be for InDesign to allow it on a separate line. But could I specify a command which gets rid of orphans* too?

*I mean single words on the first line of a new page
