Baseline Grid Bug

Has anyone else been having issues with the baseline grid since the last InDesign update?
When I align text to the baseline grid, it suddenly jumps around or doesn't align properly—
even though I've set the option correctly in the text settings panel.

Hello, can you share with us all the infos about the version of Indesign and your OS. And if you have a screenshot it's very perfect.
On my side on a MAC Mini M4 pro on MacOS 15.5 and Indesign 20.4.1 all is working fine.
