You're not providing much information about the complexity or volume of your work, and what limits you have to spend so it would very hard to say.
Just based on "best and latest," you need to go to the Apple website and look at the new MacBook Pros, Mac Studios, and Mac Pros just announced at WWDC.

And, just to make it very clear without any intention of sparking old debates or stepping on anyone's toes... if you are seeking a Mac system for all the reasons people buy Macs these days, fine. But be aware that the Adobe products are almost entirely platform-neutral and have been for some time; both Win and Mac have small points in their favor and small disadvantages, but all things being equal (RAM, storage space, approximate CPU power, GPU equivalence) most users wouldn't be able to tell which system they were using.
That is, the days when you "had to use a Mac" to do design etc. are long gone. Nice machines. Work well. But not the only choice.

Laptop or Desktop?
Motion graphics you'll need at minimum 32gb - but I'd aim for 64gb
Lots of storage - minimum 1TB - but aim for more - you can always buy external storage.
Processor - best you can get.
It's really a lot to do with your budget. If your budget is unlimited just pick the most expensive and max it out on all specs.
If it's limited - then we need to know your budget so we can 'massage' the settings to fit your scope and budget.
