Breaking One Text Thread into Individual Text Threads

Hello, I'm working on a 300+ page book. I placed book copy into my .indd file from one Word .doc file, so all text frames are threaded as one. I want to break the thread and make each chapter it's own thread. Is there an easy way to do this?

Go to Window>Utilities>Scripts and find the BreakFrame script. It will break selected frames, or all frames on pages selected in the Pages window.
