Bug / Disparition du "haut" du logiciel

Community Beginner ,
Jul 15, 2025 Jul 15, 2025

Bonjour,

Hi @julie_2025*,

Thanks so much for reaching out and sharing the details. I completely understand how inconvenient it must be to lose the top bar and not be able to move your InDesign window properly.

Could you please confirm which version of InDesign you're using and also share the details of your macOS version?

In the meantime, please try the suggestion shared by the expert to reset your preferences. If the issue still persists after that, please try renaming the CEP and UXP folders as follo

If the issue still persists after that, please try renaming the CEP and UXP folders as follows:

Rename the CEP folder to CEP.old from this location:
MAC: /Library/Application Support/Adobe

If that doesn't help, rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from these locations:
MAC: /Library/Application Support/Adobe
MAC: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

Looking forward to your update so we can help you get this sorted!

Abhishek

Merci

Hi! I've tried your method but it doesnt work because it seems i don't have a library (i've searched).

I'm working on a Rosetta with InDesign version 20.5

Obviously, I've uninstalled all the apps in the creative cloud, then reinstalled. Still doesn't work.

I've tried the Adobe Cleaner Tool, still doesn't work.

I've tried to join somebody with the hotline but nobody answer...

I'm completely lost !
