Bullets and Numbering on the right side in Paragraph style

Does anyone know how to set numbering on the right side in Paragraph Style? I assume I need to write the right code here to achieve it?

What do you mean by "set numbering on the right side in Paragraph Style"? Can you give us a screen capture of what you're trying to create. Do you want to put text in front of a number in a numbered list? Or are you working with a language which uses  right-to-left text?

Hi, 

I'm not working with a language that uses right-to left-text, I just set the design in a way that somewhere titles are aligned to left and somewhere to the right side ... Something like that:

I can also do it manually actually 🙂
