Hello, I want to make a Qr code that contains this object. Is it possible to do that in Indesign? Or should I go elsewhere?

All the best

This is a specialized task that, AFAIK, must be done manually by someone who knows the methods for arranging the barcode around an icon, image or text.

InDesign does not do anything along these lines. There may (now) be other code generators that do the task, though.

Although, by specification, you can cover up any part of a QR code up to about 30% and it will still read, I wouldn't trust that when there are many generators out there, free or paid, that can properly wrap around a logo. Just internet search for "QR code generator with logo" and you will find lots to try out.
