Can't save indd

I still can't save my InDesign docs. I'm using a Macbook Pro, and my InDesign is up to date. It says I don't have access priveleges, even tho under info it says "read & write". I have to continually save as idml. When I open my file, it does says "read only" up top.

Check your Mac's Privacy &Security settings under Full Disk Access. Your Adobe apps should be there and checked. If not, add them.
