I am so frustrated! Why can't I re-order my color swatches or drag them into the color groups?  Please Adobe fix this problem. Why have swatch groups if you can't organize them?

I am using windows 11, latest version of Indesign.

If anyone knows how to fix this, please share with me.

Welcome to the forum.

You can reorder the swatches in the swatches panel (and name them and put selected ones grouped in a folder) and you can add your swatches to your CC Library.

Hi Chris:

It sounds like you know how to do this, but it isn't working on your system anymore? If that's the case, try rebuilding cache/preferences—that takes care of the erratic behavior that we sometime experience in InDesign.

If I'm mistaken and this is a question of not understanding how to do it:
