Centering text with icon/image in line

I am working on cards for a game where I have text boxes with centered text. Thing is, some lines need icons at the end, which makes the whole thing not appear centered any more. Is there a possibility to align this without creating separate text boxes?

See example of a line I would like to align ( the one with the icon):

Did you inline anchor* the graphic? It should be move the line as it is a glyph. Be aware, that the leading should be automatic.

* Copy or cut it into the clipboard, change to the text tool ans paste it where you want it.
