Commenting Function not showing replies

When replying to a comment in Indesign, the reviewer can no longer see the comment on the review link. It would be nice if the review link defaulted to showing all comments, including resolved and then had a way to mark a comment as completed but stay in the comment section.

Could you share a screenshot or recording of the issue where replies to comments are not visible?
Ensure reviewers use the same account as they used to make the comments.

Additionally, ensure that all reviewers use the same version of InDesign and that their comment filters are set correctly to display all comments.
