Your file is almost certainly corrupted. It appears from the screen capture that you are saving to the cloud. Is that the case? if so, you should copy the file to your local hard drive and see what happens when you try to open it from there (I suspect it will still fail). You should probably also close InDesign and clear the inDesign Reovery folder at C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Local\Adobe\InDesign\Version 19.0\<language>\Caches. You can just rename the InDesign Recovery folder and restart the program to create a new empty folder and still preserve any recovery data for Adobe in case a staff member joins in and asks for it. Failed recovery data is useless to you as a user and will throw the program into a constant failure loop.
If the file opens, great. If not, as a Windows user you can try the tool at INDDRecovery — a program for restoring corrupted InDesign documents which as worked for me on occasion. you can also try the Blind open and IDML-export script.
Do you have any backup versions of your work?

And of course, you need to find and fix whatever caused Windows to bluescreen...

In addition to other suggestions, I wonder what kind of "cloud" you are using?
If it's a Cloud Document (introduced in later versions of InDesign 2024), then you can try to retrieve an earlier version from Creative Cloud (select the file in the Creative Cloud app, then Open on the Web menu and go from there).
If it's the discontinued Creative Cloud Synced files service then it was, well, discontinued, which might be a part of your problem:
