Constant Loading Issue in InDesign: Unable to Select or Type Anything

I'v installed InDesign thru the creative cloud on my new laptop. When I open InDesign it's just constantly loading, the mouse has the blue loading symbol flickering next to it. I've uninstalled and installed but the problem is still there

If it's the first installation on this laptop - you need to give it few hours to do "housekeeping".

What operating system does your laptop have installed? Make sure that both the OS and InDesign are updated to their latest versions.
