Converting Adobe Stock INDT to IDML

I recently acquired your Classic Style Book with Illustration Elements from the Adobe Stock collection. After downloading the package, I discovered that I am unable to access the file as it is saved in an INDT format. I emailed the designer requesting he provide the IDML file format for the template allowing me to utilized the package. However, I have not had any response.

I'm currently using InDesign CS6 and have no need to upgrade for one file. Is there anyone in the community who can help?

The email addresses of Adobe Stock contributors are private. You say you emailed the creator. How did you do that?

But in any case, there is no option to get anything other than what is offered on Stock.  You might try contacting Adobe Stock support for a refund, but if the file is as described, this may not happen.

Thank you for your response and inquiry as to the steps taken to resolve the stated issue.

The author of the Adobe Stock collection provided his contact information through his internet site making the process quite simple.

This was the case for another template that I was given a license to use. Again, I contacted the author, through a link to his internet site, and was provided the necessary IDML file.

I have used Adobe products, although not InDesign, for the past thirty + years and understand the process of contacting support which is, as you probably know, a very frustrating process.
