Hi @Marian Valentin

Sorry about this trouble. If this happens with a particular file, then there are chances that the file itself has gone corrupt. Could you please confirm where the file is saved(Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System/ External HDD)?

If it is saved on any remote locations like Network Drive/ Shared Folder on System/ External HDD, then try saving a copy on the desktop and open that file. If it still gives the same error, please email your file to idfile@adobe.com & we will take a look at the file.

If the file is larger than 10 Mb, you can upload it to the Creative Cloud account ( https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/share.html ) and send us the document link.

I must also inform you that file recovery can't be guaranteed wit a 100% success. We'll surely try our best.

Regards,

Srishti
