Sorry to hear about this. Looks like file is corrupted and that is why you are getting this error. I'd recommend following instructions on help article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/indesign/kb/indesign-document-recovery.html

In the meantime try to open your file as a copy. Sometimes it can helps

File > Open > select your file > tick "Copy" > open
