Double lines aroumd text box

Can anyone tell me why I have these double lines around my text boxes?

It looks like the frames are not extending to the margins.

Thanks for your quick reply Peter. The inner lines are on the margins. I have never seen these double lines before.

You have enabled text wrap on this frame. Look at the icon in the control panel.
