Hi all!

I run into the issue a lot, but hoping someone can help! I downloaded fonts from Adobe Fonts, but they're bracketed and unavailable when I try to use them in InDesign. I've tried closing all Adobe apps and reopening, but nothing seems to be working. Is there an easy solution to this besdies dragging the font into the Font folder?

Thanks in advance!

You can activate adobe fonts, but you cannot download an adobe font.

If this is an issue of the fonts not activating, the first thing to try is logging out of creative cloud account, and log in again.

Hi @ellie_9176,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with fonts in InDesign! I know how frustrating it can be when fonts don’t show up as expected.

Since you've already tried closing and reopening the apps, I recommend double-checking if the fonts are properly activated in Adobe Fonts. Sometimes, reactivating the fonts directly from the Creative Cloud app can solve the issue. Additionally, make sure that InDesign is syncing with Adobe Fonts by checking your Creative Cloud settings.

If you still face issues, these troubleshooting guides may help:

Let me know how it goes, and I’ll be happy to assist further if needed!
