Dynamic User Form PDF

Hello Community,

             Using Adobe Acrobat dc can we create dynamic pdf? We have created  layer function after the checkbox is clicked the toggle layer falls down, but when we click that checkbox again the texts are going but the checkboxes are still visible,

1.is it possible to create dynamic user form pdf in adobe acrobat dc.

2.is there any documentation for creating dynamic user form pdf ?
