Hallo liebe Community,

Thank you. Does Adobe have instructions on how I should proceed?

I don't think you can expect Adobe to create XML export option that will be compatible with e-invoices.

You would've to look for 3rd party solutions.

If you work on a PC - my ID-Tasker could do it - it's not free and PC only - but in return it can do a lot more.

There is no specific feature this. I would strongly encourage you to use a proper account software package for this.

You would have to export compliant XML from your document.

@robert:

 I tried that. I exported an XML file and sent it to the tax advisor. He informed me that the file contained data other than the invoice data. Is there a difference between an XML file and compatible XML? (Where do I set this?)

Yes, your XML needs to be compliant with the specification - just exporting XML from InDesign won't work.
