Embedded Publish Online Doc Not Responding

Community Beginner ,

I'm trying to embed our monthly newsletter onto our website using Publish Online. The link to the newsletter works fine. However, when I try to embed it onto our website, everything goes wonky. The pages won't turn (just shows the first page over and over again), so therefore nothing else loads. When I click the "read now" it jumps to full screen, but the first page doesn't expand right away. But then, the pages won't turn anyway. I'm using CC 2019 InDesign (Windows). The embed WORKS on desktop and mobile on Edge and Internet Explorer. It DOES NOT work on Chrome (it DOES work on Chrome on my Android phone) or Firefox. Safari (Windows version) just plain won't load it. Is there anything I can do to correct this?

All I really wanted was an easy way to publish our newsletter. And to have page curls. This is turning out to be kind of a nightmare.

Page curls? How exactly are you planning on doing that? And more importantly, what for?

I don't know how I plan to do the page curls - it doesn't seem to work no matter what I try, and Google wasn't exactly a huge help. As it's a newsletter - a magazine-style newsletter - I thought the page curl would look quite nice, and more "physical" to turn the page like an actual magazine page would turn. The page curl is not, however, my biggest worry at this point (unless someone knows how I can do it and still use the "publish online" feature). I'm more worried about why the preview isn't showing up on desktop versions of Chrome, but it's fine everywhere else, when I embed it to my website.

Is the website WordPress based? If so, there a ton of PDF reader plugins that can give you that effect.

No, we have our website through a company that builds them. I've checked with them to see if they've ever run into either issue. Just waiting on a response from them.

Well like I said - the only place them embed code for my website isn't working is Google Chrome. As for the page curls, that was just a frill I was hoping to add, though it's not looking likely. I will certainly see if I can file a report, but as it stands, I have no answers for the embed/Chrome issue.
