English Arabic version InDesign 2024 issues

Hi there, 

I'm experiencing issues with the functualities of the EN- AR version.  I have set my Prefferences from the Creative cloud and reinstalled the program. I have read in the community various issues, which covers what I'm experiencing but the buttons to fix them are not present:

- Character directions I  can only fix it with word ready paragraph composer, which for non-native speaker is difficult and there is no option to change from right to left

- Bullets and numbering go directly to right side and there is no direction option

- For page numbering I don't have binding option
