Exported PDF Issue

PDF export is showing an embedded .eps graphic with wrong color. The .eps is appearing as green, when it should be yellow. I've re-linked the file, cleared the cache, restarted, updated etc. No luck. If I create a new document and place the .eps and export to PDF, the colour is correct. So I'm quite confused as to what is going on. Is there a setting on my original document that causing the issue?

Stop using EPS and stop embedding graphics. Save it as AI and link it. Beyond that, we need to see screenshots and the if you can, the files involved.
