The image will best describe my problem.
Page 51 should be on the left side of the spine, 52 on the right, and so on...
That was the case in a single document, but when I create Book and marge all documents (left panel on the image) then the problem appeared.
I would like to understand why this happened and how to solve the problem?
I can rearrange pages/spreads manually, but that it's too much work.
Thanks,
Goran

Why is there a missing page to the left of page 51. I believe if you add a page to the left even if you needed to leave it intentionally blank, it should correct the problem.

That missing page to the left it is page 51. 51 should be set on the left, 52 on the right ... but when I created a book and added all documents it's messed up.
But, I added a blank page before 51 and then delete it and all spreads now are finely arranged.
I don't know why and how but it works, so thank you for your help.

Hi Goran,
the first page in your document, page 49, should be right from the spine.
Consequently all odd pages should be right from the spine.

Hi Laubander,
But, what to do when I need exactly that page 49 to be left from the spine, because on that page is the main title, chapter number, etc. and on the right side (page 50) starts body text?
So that when you spread the book it should look like 49 | 50.
Thank you!

Hi Goran,
then do nothing.
Did you start numbering your pages left from the spine with number 1 ?
If that is the right thing to do because your customer demands it, leave all like it is.
But as I already said, I doubt that this kind of pagination is correct.
So:
You could insert a blank page before page 49 so the title on that page 49 starts on page position 50.
When repositioned page 50 is then on the left of the spine.

The document start page would be simply page 50.
In the other document just add one page at the end.

I tried everything and nothing works except add & delete the blank page and only then all pages are rearranged.
Or if I manually (drag pages in the panel) layout spreads.
And yes, I know that documents need to start on the right side of the spine, but in this case, I must start from the left.
Thanks for the help.

Simply set the start of the document to page 50.
You can do this e.g. with:
File > Document Setup > Start Page Number: 50

Thank you for your help.
Yes, this tip does the job.
But, then I missed page 49. It goes like this 47,48,50 ...
I don know what can I do. When I created a document, the spread flows nicely, but when I created a book, it breaks all.

Hi Goran,
select all the pages in the first spread in the Pages panel and show a screenshot of your options for the panel.
Could be that both options are turned off:
Allow Document Pages to Shuffle
Allow Selected Spread to Shuffle
Turn both on and allow InDesign to re-distribute the pages of the document.
