Dear Adobe Team,
While using the "Business Card" option in your QR code generation interface, we noticed an area where improvements could significantly enhance the user experience.
Currently, the interface consists of fixed fields, and it is not possible to add multiple phone numbers, email addresses, or other custom fields. However, many professionals today use more than one mobile or business phone number, alternate email addresses, or additional contact information. Therefore, having a more flexible and customizable form structure would be highly beneficial.
We believe the following improvements would greatly enhance usability:
Ability to add additional fields as needed (e.g., a “Add Phone Number” button)
Option to remove unnecessary fields
Customizable field labels defined by the user
Such flexibility would allow both individual and corporate users to create much more comprehensive and functional business card QR codes.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to consider our suggestion. We would greatly appreciate your feedback on this matter.
Best regards,

Hi @mustafa_2014 just letting you know that this is a user to user forum—you probably won't have anyone from Adobe looking at this post. Here is the official place to post feature requests.
Also do you know that you can craft you own VCard (or MeCard) in a "Plain Text" QR Code? For example, here is a VCard:
BEGIN:VCARD
VERSION:3.0
FN:Joe Sample
N:Sample;Joe;;;
ORG:Example Company
TITLE:Senior Developer
TEL;TYPE=WORK,VOICE:+1-212-555-1234
TEL;TYPE=CELL:+1-917-555-5678
EMAIL:joe.sample@example.com
URL:https://www.example.com
ADR;TYPE=WORK:;;123 Example Street;Sampletown;CA;98765;USA
END:VCARD
So if you need more phone numbers, just copy the "TEL" line and adjust the number and type. If you need less info, just remove line(s). I know it isn't the feature you wanted, but at least it is a way forward in the meantime.

That's right, in the meantime you can use the alternative script on this page https://steigart.ch/qr-code-mit-umlaute-fehler-in-indesign/
It is in German, but it should also work in other languages.
