Fixed layout Epub's bookmarks missing

Hi I'm exporting a fixed layout Epub, I created bookmarks but there is no option like in the submenu in the picture and I ask for help to figure out why. I tried to export the file after save it. I'm workin on Win 7 with InDesign CC 2014
