How to reduce the font size & leading for all the para & char styles?

Any one help me. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Ramkumar it works well.

But i need one clarification how it set the values for Auto leadings.

Actulay the script doesn't reduce the leading if it's in "Auto". It goes to catch & ignore the error.

Based on the font size only the leading reduce automatically.
