Bonjour,
Quand j'importe des tableurs excels contenant des dates dans InDesign, les dates sont systématiquement au format anglais MM/dd/yy.
Existe-t-il un moyen de les remplacer par le format français dd/MM/yy directement dans InDesign ?

you could change very easy the format in excel before place the file in indesign.
in Indesign instead:
If your date format mm/dd/yy is numbers 09/06/18 and you would change it in 06/09/18 you could use this grep
find:
\b(\d\d)(/)(\d\d)(/)(\d\d)\b
change
$3$2$1$4$5
