Free Business Proposal Layout file won't open, file damaged during download

Hello,

I just tried downloading the Free "Business Proposal Layout" available with CC2017 only it stalled out during the download. I exited ID to start from scratch but now the computer thinks I already have the file and there is no "Download" button, just "Open". When I click on "open", I get a message that the file "is damaged and can't be recovered." Any ideas on how I can trick the system into letting me download it again? Thanks for any help.

I can verify this is not a corrupt template document (just downloaded and opened it):

So might be something on your computer might be preventing it from opening.

Couple of things you can try before opening it again:

• reset InDesign preferences, and local cached data - InDesign preferences and support file locations
• disable any third party plug-ins/extensions you have active in InDesign.
• then restart InDesign and see if the proposal will open

Actually the message sounds like it may be from Acrobat not InDesign...
