InDesign is causing my laptop to freeze when I try to close it... I have to use task manager to close it... What gives???

What are the specs of your laptop?

InDesign 2023, I'm running windows 11, 12 gb
I've seen this a couple of times with 18.5 and Windows 11. Try rolling back to 18.4.
