I wasn't successful with your csv file, it kept giving me issues within InDesign, I beleive the structure of your semi-colon delimeted data within Excel table doesn't work.
If you can try my way which worked many times for me even when I have both English and Arabic text within my data in MS Excel. I save the Excel file in UTF-16 Unicode Text (.txt). See video clip here…

Hello Anubhav,
Thank you for your answer. I installed the ME version of Indesign but it doesn't resolved my issue.
I think it is a problem of import with csv files, even in other langages, the special caracters are not well managed (for exemple, the ¨ caracter is bad interpreted in any langage).
I hope you will help me, I am sure many users have the same problem.
Thank you for your help.
Regards,
Gr4pheine

Thanks for confirming. Could you share a link to a sample AI and CSV file along with a complete screen recording of your exact workflow, so I can try and replicate this behavior on my end?
Note: While sharing the file, kindly make the link public and enable the option to Save a Copy/Download under Link Settings (if available).
Looking forward to hearing from you.

I have done few Arabic Data-merge in InDesign over the years. I can try this one for you. Do you wish to share the document and partial data for my testing?
Note. I will use the Middle Eastern version of InDeisgn for this.
Edit. I just reliazied that you shared the files already up here.
