General EPUB Question

Most of the questions I ask in this forum go unanswered. Could somebody in the know take a look at them and let me know if it's because a) they're genuine puzzlers that nobody knows the answer to, b) they're so dumb that nobody can believe I asked them, or c) other. I'm rather desperate for help on my last issue, and wondering if this just isn't the place I should be asking things.

Always state the full version of InDesign and the full version of your operating system. If the question is about EPUB, state which epub reader you’re using.
