Generate Button Greyed Out in Text to Image Feature

I'm following the rules and the Generate button stays greyed out. Is 16GB Ram enough?

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Text to Image feature. I understand how frustrating it can be when the Generate button stays greyed out, especially when you're following all the rules.

Could you please share the version of InDesign you're using and the details of your operating system? Also, while 16GB of RAM is generally sufficient, there might be other factors at play.

 

For Text to Image to work properly, please ensure that your setup meets the necessary InDesign prerequisites.

As for the greyed-out button, this can sometimes happen if the required settings or fields aren't fully completed, or if there’s a connection issue. Double-check that all input fields are filled out correctly, and ensure your internet connection is stable. If everything looks good and it's still not working, try restarting InDesign or your computer.

Thank you Abhishek,

I have INDD 19.5, on Windows 11 Pro (23H2) with 24GB Ram, Intel i5 Core,
and fast internet with no operational problems.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong in the app though I am filling in the
fields for text prompt, Art/Photo and image shape.
