Im on with the customer support chat but not getting any info. would be great if anyone could share updates if they hear anything. Mainly want to get an idea of how long this could be so that we can manage expectations.

"this is a known issue due to a server problem or the team is still working to resolve the issue, I request you to cooperate with us, please give us some time to work on it and please try again after 1 or 2 hours, there are chances that it will get fixed in next 2 to 3 hours, we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible and we will update you on your registered email."
