Please help!
I have 3 documents I am working on and the first page of the doc just keeps going blank and also leaving one or two items on the page. I have tried everything I can think of. Resetting indesign preferences, I have also uninstalled Indesign and gone to a previous version, also I have made a new document and transferred info over. The information has definitely gone for good and i have redone it and then it's just disappeared again.
Any help would be much appreciated thanks
Steph
Before the page goes blank (or even after the blankness occurs if before's not possible) try exporting the file as an IDML file. Then reopen that file in your version of InDesign. Creating an IDML and using it in this manner can clear up some inherent corruption in a file. If this doesn't work please provide complete details as to the version of InDesign and operating system that you are using.

You say you're working on 3 documents. Is the problem only in one of the three documents, or did you mean a 3-page document? Also, how exactly did you "transfer over" the info from the problem file to the new file?
If Bill's suggestion to Export/Save As .idml doesn't work, the additional info may help us come up with a solution.
