Highlighting anchored text that has been clicked to from a button/link on another page

IS THERE A WAY TO ACCOMPLISH THIS:

Problem: A user is engaging with an interactive PDF and clicks on a link taking them to a specific row on a two column table with 10 rows. Is there a way of highlighting the text in that row guiding the user to the information? 
7. Content Creation and Storytelling is a button from a previous page linking to this table, this row. See screen grab:

Subsequently, the highlighting is "removed" once the page is exited with a back button.

actually,  I did not see a response to a similar post I made. I will review that, and if it answers my question, I will delete this post. Thank you.
