i want  built with flexbox and allows up to 7 columns across the page indesign and I'm able to place Frame of different dimensions on the page. like bootstrap.

I'm sorry, but you're probably not getting an answer because your question is not very understandable in English. These two words make no sense to me: (1) what's a "flexbox," and (2) "like bootstrap".

You might try posting this in your own language, and then  you might get a answer from a native speaker, or through translation.
